Full-time exempt and non-exempt US associates who are members of the uniformed services are eligible for:
Pay for active duty at 100% of salary up to 8 weeks
If you’re on active duty, you will be paid up to 8 weeks of leave at 100% of pay for leave related to Active Duty. After 8 weeks of leave, you’ll be placed on unpaid leave from Capital One, and may be eligible to receive a pay differential when you return to work.

Emergency leave active duty pay
Anyone ordered to Active Duty - Emergency Leave (including Reservists and Members of the National Guard) in response to natural disasters or declared states of emergency will be paid up to 4 weeks of leave at 100% of pay. Emergency Leave is for anyone who receives less than 30 days notice that they are being called up.
Military training pay
Capital One pays eligible associates 100% for up to 8 weeks of leave for Military Training each military calendar year. There may also be eligibility for a pay differential between military and Capital One salaries upon return to work after active duty.
